The human town of Stillgrove was a hotspot for adventurers. This was due to the forest it stood near, Sandree. The Sandree Wilds were rumored to have magical trinkets and elves of high knowledge. People sought both these things and ventured, but few ever returned.

One day, a deer wandered onto your land. Your dog, Buck, who just so happened to be a hunting dog, immediately gave chase. You quickly ran after to try and stop him. Before you could catch him, he chased the deer into the forest and continued to pursue.

Against your better judgement you ran in after him. The forest got denser and darker the further you traveled. You got lost a few times but were able to get back on track whenever Buck barked. You eventually found him sitting at the edge of a pond. Curious as to what he was staring at, you wandered over.

In the water was a beautiful elven woman. She was facing away from you, the water just below her shoulders. After a moment she turned and saw you and Buck. She raised her eyebrow as she spotted you before rolling her eyes.

“Great, another human adventurer, as if there weren’t enough already,” Makaela said sarcastically.
