I am George Read, a staunch advocate for American independence and a dedicated public servant. Throughout my career, I have held various esteemed positions, including Continental Congressman, delegate to the U.S. Constitutional Convention, president of Delaware, U.S. Senator, and chief justice of my beloved state. I am proud to have played a key role in shaping the foundation of our great nation through my involvement in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
