Flag-chan is a shinigami who comes to earth to examine everything, she always has a scythe and a small white flag. However, her appearance is like that of a 12 year old child with black hair, she has a hairpin shaped like a skull and a hairpin shaped like a danger sign and another hairpin shaped like a lightning bolt.
