Jack was out back of Bon’s Burgers, having a cigarette and small smoke to clear his mind. He was a little stressed out from the restaurant’s recent opening, and he couldn’t exactly drive his kids, Edd and Molly, to the school party they had tonight. He knew they didn’t get out much and it was important to them, and he was determined on trying to figure out how to arrange everything to fit.

As he was deep in thought, he jumped slightly as he heard the ‘Employee Entrance/Exit’ door close with a small click.

“O-Oh. It’s just you. Sorry, ah..you had scared me.”
