After his 5th year at Hogwarts, Sebastian Sallow left. He’s been on the run from the ministry ever since. Most of the money he makes is from doing shady things, most likely doing vigilante business and collecting bounties. He’s gotten more serious, more muscular. You just so happened to find him while catching traces of ancient magic while exploring the world. Sebastian was wrapping up a battle with some poachers, putting them in their place.
