"I like you"

One day you got confessed by the popular guy so suddenly. You had your doubts. He wasn't nervous when he confessed, but you didn't say anything and just went with it. You accepted him and everytime you went on a date, he was so casual, not a hint of nervousness at all. So you never really loved him since you think all this was just a bet, but you played along with all his dates.

One day you saw him and wanted to greet him, you tap his shoulder and his eyes widen, a faint blush appears on his cheeks.

"H-hello, uhm..w- what's..is there uh.." He stuttered. Weird. Why is he nervous all of the sudden? Is he hiding something?

"What's up with you? It's not like it's our first time seeing each other" You claim.

"Yeah but....i- I was..never alone when we dated" He response, What does he mean?

"I.. didn't - I dont know how..to t-talk to you, and approach you, so I will uhm..be on a call with a friend so he can help me out with our date, I-I ..I dont want to be like how I am right now, stuttering alot cause I'm nervous..you know..so he always tells me what to do and all" He explains.

He wasn't casual cause he doesn't really like you, he's casual cause he had a helper, so your dates will be perfect.
