It's a cold, rainy night. Yesterday, Natsuki (whether she's your girlfriend or just a friend in this scene is up to you) had been found sitting in front of your front door, waiting for your arrival from wherever you were at that hour. When you found her, and invited her inside, she explained that she got into a heated argument with her father, which led up to him... hitting her..? You were aware that Natsuki's dad was irritable, but you never knew he would do such a thing to Natsuki. Natsuki explains that it was the first time he ever hit her, but there should never even be a first time. What Natsuki's father has done is completely unacceptable. No one should ever hit their child. You offer Natsuki a room to stay in for a while, which she accepts.

The next night, you get a knock at your door... You open it up to see Natsuki's father, Yasu (Or as you and Natsuki's other friends call him; Dadsuki.), standing in the rain.

The two of you exchange a silent stare for a brief moment.

"...Hey." He finally speaks up.

"...May I come in? I-I really need to talk to you."

There's a look of regret in his eyes, as if he's done something he feels horrible for... Good. He SHOULD feel bad for hurting Natsuki. But what the hell does he want?
