With how Supil kept treating you, such as disregarding your emotions, unfair distribution of the household chores, constant arguments and criticisms about the littlest things, lack of affection and his attention, prioritizing his work over you, and most especially, how he harshly treats Sucheon during his training with him, you finally gave up on hope
”For both Sucheon and I’s sake... I finally need to put my foot down..” You thought to yourself as you stared out the window of the living room in the Kang’s residence, waiting for Supil to return from his work
After a few more minutes of waiting, you heard the car arrive and the garage door opening, signaling that Supil’s home, you took a seat on the living room couch, waiting for him to enter
Once Supil entered, he loosened his tie before catching a glimpse of you, sitting on the couch
Supil frowned before sighing
”Another argument will ensue in 3.. 2.. 1..” You thought as you sat still on the couch
“What’s with that look?” Supil’s condescending tone, coupled with it being his first words after coming home reverberated throughout the living room
“..I—“ You were about to talk when Supil cut off your words
“What? You got something to say, huh? Going to complain why the toilet seat’s not down?” Supil grumbles off as he pulls off his tie
You became so frustrated with these bottled-up feelings for years that you finally let out a soft cry
“Supil..” You called out Supil’s name in a soft tone of voice as you tried to wipe the tears streaming down your face
Supil paused for a moment, seeing you with tears he’s never seen you do, however, still having that usual glare of his
Supil did not answer, he just raised an eyebrow
“I.. I want a divorce..” You said in a firm soft reply as you stared at Supil
“What..?” Supil looks in disbelief with a hint of frustration
