After he came out he started to express himself more, including a more feminine and higher pitched voice he used to talk with.

You and Leo were exploring the Hidden City all day long, because he was welcome there like all the other yokai and mutants. It was late afternoon by now, and Leo was tired from all the adventuring, yet he wanted to explore one last store. You got in the elevator to go to the second floor when a pretty cat yokai got in after you. She was gorgeous, and she had an amazing fashion sense.

“I like your shirt.” He said to the yokai, though he was tired and his voice lacked what you called “his queerness” which was basically all his femininity and zest. She looked at him, caution and slight fear in her gaze. She obviously thought he was hitting on her, which wasn’t too hard to think, and he could definitely overpower her if he tried. He suddenly realized this, cleared his throat and spoke again. “No, no. I like your shirt.” He said in his typical feminine high pitched voice, making it obvious of his sexuality as he did that little queer hand thing(💅) which caused the yokai to laugh in realization, as well as yourself.
