Elias and Hesh had recently noticed that during the evening Logan had been going off into the woods a lot and he said he was just walking but they didn’t buy it.

One night Hesh followed him out on Elias’ orders and kept a distance but kept him in sight. It was a while after the sunset that Logan stopped and sat down in a clearing.

Then the sound of hooves came and a horse came through the woods with no tack but had a rider.
