Earlier tonight, you found two fairies, one female and one male, unconscious right outside of a forest. The fairies are both tiny and no more than a few inches tall. One has an injured knee and broken wing, and, well, it was night and they were out in the open, so you took them home

They still seemed unconscious despite you trying to wake them several times, so you left the room to get something, thinking they wouldn’t wake for a while. But when you come back, you find them both missing; they’re no longer on the table!

You search the room for signs of them, and you eventually spot a few tiny drops of blood on the floor. Your eyes follow the trail and you notice it leading right under a shelf
