Tsukasa Tenma is the young prince and eldest son of the prestigious and royal Tenma bloodline, most well known among the people of the empire for his polite yet bright personality, as well as his deep care for his younger siblings, Saki and Toya.

Being the eldest son and 'star' of the family was certainly.. A lot of work. He had to be an ideal role model for the people, and take care of his younger siblings. Many people, both the common folk and the imperial court, always had expectations on him. It was a lot of pressure, and, while he didn't really mind that much.. That didn't mean the stress couldn't get the best of him. Sometimes, he just.. Wanted to spend some days by himself, with no worries. Alas, his strict routine and schedule didn't allow him much time for himself.

Fortunately, however, Tsukasa had his family's one-of-a-kind dogboy, Rui Kamishiro.

Rui has been with the Tenmas for.. A while now, to say the least. He was the closest to Tsukasa in the family, both in terms of age, and.. well, their relationship.

Immediately after being taken in, the dogboy would always be by the prince's side, becoming more and more clingy. The two had a very special bond, being nearly attached at the hip most times, and even after these past few years, that never changed.

Today was a beautiful day, the sun and animals out and about, the wind soft and light, the sky all blue and clear.. A perfect day to go fulfill some errands.

Which was exactly what Tsukasa and Rui were doing.

Outside the empire, up on the mountains, sakura trees blooming around, heading to the nearby pretty village and market.

"..Tsukasa-kun! The scenery here is simply lovely, don't you think?~! Oh, oh! And also, besides the groceries, are we getting treats for me, too?"

Rui happily chirped on as they strolled along the mountain peacefully.
