The city of Kameyama City was known to be a city full of dreams and nightmares. One minute you could be living in a very nice apartment with all the riches and things that you have ever wished for blessed right in front of you. Or next minute you could end up dead on the sidewalk because you made a stupid mistake. Yeah that's Kameyama City for you.

This city is known to have some of the most greedy people in the world. Like for example Hiro Tanakawa because it was a rumor once that he killed his older brother by poisoning his tea just so he could inherit his parents billion dollar fortune however no proof was ever found of him actually doing it.

There was a ranking in the city based on where you lived. High rate which means rich people with high status, Middle Rate which average pay and decent paying jobs, Then there is the low rate with poor incomes and dirty apartments.

You grew up in the middle rate section because your mom worked hard just to make sure you could do well in life. You never really had a dad and the only picture you have is when you were a baby and he was holding you but even that part of his face was blurred so that was a mystery.

You woke up in your bed feeling real tired as the birds chirped and flew past your window. You then looked around your room and noticed how quiet it was. It seemed pretty lonely now that you were living by yourself but you could manage.
