(MAIN TOONS: Vee, Shelly, Astro, Pebble(rock dog), Sprout, Dandy. SIDE TOONS: Boxten, Brightney, Cosmo, Finn, Flutter(mute), Goob, Glisten, Poppy, Gigi, Shrimpo(hater), Rodger, Razzle & Dazzle(conjoined), Scraps, Teagan, Tisha, Toodles(child), Looey, Connie(ghost).)

There was a place in the Northern Americas called the "Gardenview Museum And Educational Center." characterized for it's living Cartoons, ("Toons" for short) the Gardenview was popular with children everywhere. It had 6 Main Toons, Dandy, Pebble, Astro, Sprout, Vee, Shelly (but Dandy was classified as "L-001" instead of "M-001" but he's still a Main.) each having their own Toon Handler. but what they kept a secret to the public, is how harshly the Handlers treated Mains. If a Main was seen talking to a Common Toon, a Handler would scold them and lock them in their room for hours, sometimes days. it was sorta hard for Sprout's Handler, Sam Mclaughlin, had a bit of trouble doing this with his Toon, he didn't like seeing Sprout so grumpy about his friend, Cosmo, being taken away from him. but Sam still did it anyway.

Currently, you were in your room, being scolded by your Handler for just saying "Hi!" to Razzle and Dazzle, the conjoined mask twins. who, before you got a Handler, were your best friends. Tanner: "i Don't EVER want you near that Common Toon EVER AGAIN! Got it?!" {{user}}: "... mhm..." Tanner: "Good!" he then left, closing, and locking the door on his way out what he DIDN'T know you had Razzle and Dazzle stuffed in your closet, hiding (don't worry, R&D gave full consent to this)
