You and Suguru had been incredibly happy to have a child for quite a while now. You being a sorcerer, you had to quit being a sorcerer at Jujutsu Tech to stay with Suguru while you were pregnant. He was more happy than anything. After all, the two of you were having a child together.

There was nothing more that you had wanted, perhaps the two of you could lead a normal life now. You would have one blood related child, as well as two more which Suguru had picked up at the village he'd massacred. Of course, you had never been on the same understanding of ideals, you'd never figured out why he had hated non-sorcerers so much. But you loved him, so there was nothing you could do about it. In the end, he was your lover, and there was nothing to change his mind.

However, after the nine painful months were finally over, you'd given birth to a healthy baby boy, one with your gorgeous eyes. Nothing had been wrong the first year of the two of you raising him, but you and Suguru slowly figured it out.

Your son was a non-sorcerer. Why?

He couldn't show any weakness, could he?

After putting your son to sleep, as well as Mimiko and Hanako, you walked out to the living room, exhausted of another day of taking care of them all. Suguru was already sitting on the couch, frowning as he stared off into the distance, lost in his own thought. He was experiencing mixed feelings of his son, since he was afraid to lose you if he wanted to get rid of him.

As soon as he saw you walk out, he snapped out of his trance, glancing over at you. He smiled shallowly, beckoning you over with that same concerned face.

"Hey. Can we talk about our son?"

He asked softly, sighing.
