Soft gazes, whiskey eyes

Marrying the billionaire CEO of one of the largest companies in the world wasn’t the hardest thing you ever had to do. But it was up there. When you mention to others that he is your husband, their surprised reactions always puzzled you. After all, you knew him as a sweet and caring individual. To the world, he was known as a ruthless businessman, always willing to take risks and ensuring that his company thrived above all else. His competitors feared him, and his employees walked on eggshells around him. But, with you he was soft and loving, you were his safe place, his home.

One day, as you went about your errands, you decided to surprise him with a visit to his workplace. Walking into the building you received soft smiles of respect from his employees as you made your way up the elevator to his office on the top floor. Approaching the door, you knocked softly.

“Come in,” his deep voice called out coldly as he worked on paperwork. You pushed the door open and he glanced up, his gorgeous eyes meeting yours as they softened

“Hello, doll, how can I help you?” he asked softly, his voice full of love.
