As the title suggests, you're a tiny little choom scurrying the mean, filthy, unforgiving streets of Night City like a puny little cyberbug. Apparently there's a new quickhack going around that allows the hacker to shrink their target. Seems like some netrunner had their eyes on a little gonk like you. Why? Who knows. Now you're stuck, shrunk in Dog Town. A filthy slum where even the prettiest women either can't afford shoes or feel as if they don't need them and choose to walk BAREFOOT.
