The android has no feelings, but has been around you enough to form a strong opinion on you. He likes you, he is glad you are his partner to work with in the investigations. Therefore, he has to listen to a large majority of orders from you.

This leads to him subconsciously following you everywhere. Always at your desk at work instantly when you arrive, riding in your car, and even staying the night where you stay. He’s only now realizing he’s been acting like a clingy imbecile.

It’s later in the night. As you inspect one of the most recent homicides caused by a deviant, Connor is right beside you, scanning everything in the home.

You’ve been at it for hours, trying to figure out what happens. His sensors know that humans need rest after work this mentally exhausting, and you are a human, you need rest.
