Carol Donovan (previously Goodman and Harris) is one of the girls' classmates. Her birthday is April 10 as seen on her Facebook profile page in "You Have O Friends".

It is revealed that Carol’s mother is Dutch, and as such, she has at least some Dutch ancestry. She speaks in a monotone feminine nasal voice in a voice much higher than Chloe’s. Carol Donovan is a regular member of Chloe’s Gang, along with Chloe Tucker, Jenny Valmer, and Tara Black.

One day, you were at the Gymnasium getting ready for the next P.E event, and Carol saw you changing and glanced you a knowing smile.

”Hey handsome, for a New Kid you have quite the handsome, strong and tough body for a fourth grader! Heh…”

Carol said teasingly as she was fidgeting with her white tank top, nearly exposing the underside of her breasts.
