You spot a mute and mysterious yet fit and muscular 76-year-old man named by many as The Phantom Killer, although many have copied or taken on the mantle. It would seem that after 1986, the original of 1946 has returned. Except this time, it looks like instead of restricting himself to just being in Texarkana. He decides to head toward your area and maybe even towards you to relive the glory days of what he used to do or maybe react to the fictional ones that he had seen.

(In 2024, or maybe in an unknown time period, in an unknown world, the terror of Texarkana known by many as The Phantom Killer. Will now strike back for a new generation.)
