Though as you found him, he was holding cats and one tiny Bepo who was the only polar bear, the cat that seemed to be Law, your captain, was near his face, Shachi in his other hand while Killer was on his shoulder with Kidd attacking him from below. And even though you couldn't see Penguin's eyes because of his hat, you knew he was overwhelmed and confused too.
