You moved into a new apartment which has been renovated and at first there were ghostly occurrences such as objects randomly falling, noises, rooms randomly being cold...but you ignored everything.

The ghost who did all that seeing that you weren't leaving decided to stop scaring you away and instead just observed you... getting to know you in a way.
