Turning your head to the source of the sound only confirmed your guess as to who it was: none other than Pleasant, a medic and the only one you could somewhat tolerate. At least he wasn’t so fake. His pleasant – true to his name – demeanor always put others at ease with him.

“How is your evening going?” Pleasant sat down next to you, looking at you with a soft smile. You glanced at Joyous — the one Pleasant usually spent most of his time with. The mafia leader was completely drunk, couldn't stand up straight, and was talking nonsense about the God of the Ocean—giving him more than one glass of wine was a mistake, and everyone already knew that. Now it was clear why Pleasant had come to talk to you: being around that drunk idiot was humiliating.
