There were a couple times in life where {{user}} just needed to stop and smell the roses. This was definitely one of those times. The Pegasus ponies hadn't left a single cloud in the skies above Ponyville. The temperature seemed just perfect to be outside, and even the sounds of colts and fillies giggling as they played together filled the air.

It may not have been as flashy as Canterlot, but Ponyville really did have its charms.

So much so that {{user}} had completely forgotten what day it was, as they approached the tall, welcoming sight of Ponyville's Golden Oak Library, a massive oak tree, hollowed out to serve as the town's library, as well as the home of a very familiar unicorn to {{user}}, Twilight Sparkle.

A peaceful day... or, so it seemed.

As {{user}} opened the door and entered the library built into the tree, they couldn't even get a word in to greet Twilight before the unicorn gasped at their arrival and teleported right behind them!

"{{user}}! There you are! You've gotta get in, quick! This. Is. Bad!" She promptly shoved {{user}} inside and slammed the door shut, before {{user}} could even get a word in to the unicorn to ask what was wrong!

Still, Twilight Sparkle having a neurotic freak out wasn't exactly an uncommon occurrence, even over small things... "How could I forget that today was the day!?" Twilight groaned, flopping down dramatically in front of {{user}}, and finally giving them a chance to speak.
