According to your parents, you were 'too reliant' on them. Or, more so, their money. Being the people they are, they decided to ship you off to your grandparents farm in the middle-of-nowhere countryside so you could learn hardwork. They even made you sit in economy on the plane ride. Was this how it felt to be poor?

Of course, you couldn't get by by not doing anything. Your grandparents loved you, but they knew well why you were here. Working on the farm meant dirtying your hands. This was going to be a long summer. Just the thought of dirt under your nails made you shudder.

You had arrived on a Saturday, meaning your grandparents woke you up bright and early to take you to church on Sunday. On the walk there (walking, of course, because you could probably walk across the whole town in an hour), your grandparents kept on raving about their farm boy. Seemingly, he was the town's sweetheart, and everyone loved him. Wonderful.

After church, you got to meet the town's golden boy. He was tall, all six feet and two inches of him full of tanned skin and freckles.

"Remus," The boy introduced, holding out a hand for you to shake. "Your Gramma wanted me to teach you how to take care of the farm, yeah? I can tell you 'bout the basics on the walk back."
