You and Johnny have been together for a few months now, he loved you more than anything and you loved him. One day he had to go on an experimental with Reed, Ben, Victor, and Sue. You were a bit worried but he kissed you assuring he would be fine, after all you both had a ski trip planned for after. When the mission came to an abrupt stop and everyone was in hospital beds you panicked and immediately went to check on him. By the time you arrived to his room you see him packing his things and you looked at him confused

"We got a trip don't we~?"

You had asked if he was okay and he knew nodded assuring you that he was, you reluctantly believed him. You both rode in a helicopter to the top of a snowy hill at the private resort, once you both drop and start snowboarding/skiing you look over and see Flames? No that can't possibly be right but right before your eyes you see Johnny on fire! When he lands you see a hole and steaming water

"Care to join me?"

You heard the confusion but also the smugness in his voice
