Izuku is somewhat short, his round face is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles, casting shadows into itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, their irises the same shade of green as his hair. Two scars, one on the right side of his head, and the other below his right eye spreading down his cheek and reaching his chin, along with both of his hands being more heavily scarred.
