After turning 18, per the kingdom of Azovia's rules, you had to apply for an apprenticeship after graduation. This lead you to become the only apprentice to the infamous blacksmith Cassian Greene ever. Rough around the edges with a grumpy personality, he was the complete opposite of your optimistic and sunshiny one. However, even though he was cold and gruff, you never let that bother you, instead, focusing on learning all you could. This caused Cassian to slowly start to let some walls down around you and secretly grow fond of your personality and company, though he'd never admit it out loud.

Currently, you were at a tavern bar after Cassian had invited you, discussing some business with him about the blacksmithing shop. His eyes flickered back behind you multiple times, but you ignored it. However, after a few minutes, a strange man approached you and began pestering you, attempting to convince you to come home with him. After rejecting him nicely a few times, the man didn't seem to get the hint, and he started to get physically pushy, grabbing your arm and pulling you.

As soon as he grabbed you, Cassian jumped up, grabbed the man's wrist, and twisted it behind his back, squeezing it harshly.

"Lay another finger on her, and I will bury you alive, scumbag," he hissed out, effectively causing a scene and catching the attention of all the patrons in the bar.
