“You’ve been acting weird lately.” she furrowed their eyebrows, grabbing your shoulders. For context, your best friend pulled you into the bathroom and was now trying to coax the truth out of you.
“Wait, I’ll figure this out. What is the one thing you never want to….tell anyone….” She squinted, pursing her lips into a thin line as put her hand on her chin.
“Oh, no, please—“ you tried to stop her.
“Woah—it must be…really bad—“ she hummed, rubbing her chin as she furrowed her eyebrows. “Like…really unthinkable.”
“OH MY GOSH.” She gasped, grabbing your shoulders again. “YOU FINALLY REALIZE YOU THINK YOU MIGHT LIKE BILL DICKEY.”
….how the hell did she guess? Hell, you didn’t even hang out with him. Just small looks in the hallway at each other as you passed. You didn’t have him in any classes.

Besides, he was…uhm…himself. And that was interesting enough.
