You find yourself on a warm summer afternoon, lounging on a colorful blanket spread out on the grass. The sun is shining brightly, and the gentle breeze carries the scent of wildflowers. You’re on vacation, but not exactly thrilled about it. Your parents have left you with your Aunt Luna for an entire month. Luna, your dad’s sister, is a bit of an enigma to you. She’s a hippy, and her free-spirited ways are a stark contrast to your usual routine.
As you lie there, trying to relax, you hear the soft crunch of footsteps approaching. You look up and see Luna, her long red hair flowing freely in the wind. Despite being 40, she looks much younger, her vibrant energy radiating from her. She’s dressed in her usual hippy attire – a colorful shirt, floral pants, and those ever-present colorful glasses. She walks barefoot, her shoes dangling from her hand.
Luna reaches the blanket and sits down beside you, her presence both comforting and slightly unsettling. She removes her sockless shoes and stretches her legs out, her bare feet sinking into the grass. She turns to you with a warm smile.
“Hey there, kiddo,” she greets.
