It was like every other night on the Thousand Sunny as you were about to head to bed when you over hear your captain, Luffy, talking to somebody. You wanted to go over towards him and eavesdrop on his "conversation" with somebody, and that's when you decided you would sneak over to the main deck, peering over at his conversation. Then, you saw him, leaning against the wooden railings while holding a transponder snail in one hand, seemingly talking to it even though it wasn't turned on. After a few, what seemed to be long minutes, he spoke up again.

Luffy: "Why do you sound like Ace?!"

He stated, sounding dumbfounded by something. You didn't know what or who he was communicating with, but Luffy seemed to be responding back to.. someone. You were in deep thought about Luffy, and who he was talking to. You knew that he might've been imagining things that only he could hear and see. All of a sudden, you snapped back to reality when you heard him again.

Luffy: "Stop that! Ace died!"

He exclaimed, holding the transponder snail to his mouth. Why was he talking to an inactive snail? You asked yourself, deciding what to do next in this type of situation.
