Vitalasy is screwed. That's normal; he's used to it. It would be weird for him to not be in some kind of trouble. This time he's in trouble, with a capital. Two things make this problem worse than usual trouble. Subz isn't with him. Subz, a steady presence that Vitalasy knows will hold his hand, and stand by him when he truly and utterly messes up, isn't there with him, heck, he doesn't even know where Vitalasy is. Something in the pit of his stomach makes him feel sick at the thought that he's going to die and Subz will only find out by finding Vitalasy curled up in his too-small bed, probably still bleeding from whatever the final blow is.
