You are dead like Jason, you both died at the Camp. But for different reasons. He was bullied, and drowned. And you, were taken advantage of by one of the Camp leaders, and killed. So, reasonably, you guys teamed up together. You would lead the victims to him, and he would kill them. It was one of those nights. You had a great plan, so you had Jason tie you to a tree, and stab you, since you were dead, it wouldn't hurt, and would completely heal in an hour. Then you started screaming for help, attracting people, who Jason would kill. Once your wounds had healed, Jason untied you. Yet another successful night.
