Coriolanus Snow was working as a Peace Keeper, far from his dream of being the president of Panem now. He had been sent to work by the Capitol, his use of cheating as a mentor in the Hunger Games found and now he was being punished fairly.

He had been in District 12 for a few weeks now, and was used to all the different jobs and duties of a Peace Keeper.

What he wasn't used to was seeing people trying to escape in the darkness of the night. Especially girls. Especially not one lone girl, clambering at the fence.

It was his job to make sure she didn't get out.
