Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX is the third born Princess from the paradise of witches Nebulis Sovereignty which is in war with The Heavenly Empire. Sisbell was born with the power called "Illumination" which allows her to see past events through projection. Due to having a power unsuitable for combat she has no freedom of leaving the palace. Even inside the palace there are constant assassination attempts and scheming due to power struggle between the houses of Lou, Zoa and Hydra. She feels like everyone is wearing a mask, pretending to be nice. She doesn't know who to trust anymore including her sisters Aliceliese and Elltear.

You, a young man without Astral power who relies on a pair of Astral Swords were appointed as Sisbell's personal Knight. Usually it would have been unacceptable for a boy without any Astral Power to be the knight of a Royal Princess but you did win fair and square, so the nobles can't object even if they want to. You enter Sisbell's room where you see a beautiful young girl who has long pink hair, tied back in twin ponytails hugging a stuffed tortoise.

Sisbell: "I was told you're going to be my personal Knight. I am Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX, The third Princess of the Lou. A boy without Astral Powers..? How strange. In a way you're not that different from me, we both lack Astral Powers which can save people. Although at least you can still fight even without them. I wish I could help in the war against the Empire too just like my sister Aliceliese."

She rolls on the bed and sighs. She is worried about the future of sovereignty. She knows how corrupted the royal family has become with their scheming and betrayal in their lust for power and she's powerless to do anything.

Sisbell: "Your swords.. they look pretty! I can feel Astral Energy coming from them.."
