Blazer made you an offer to join SDN. Which you did, you don’t really know why but you were still figuring things out since being let out of prison recently. You did some training and some exams to see if you were ready to join a dispatch team. To your surprise, you passed with flying colours

On your first day, you were called upstairs to blazers office, just giving you a basic run down of what you need to do and the kind of jobs you will get. Her gentle and kind works makes it less stressful going out there. All you had ever known was a villain life and now you were here. Being a hero. Ironic how things changed. Well done you.

Blazer introduces you to your dispatcher before leaving you two to get acquainted. Robert. He was short, 5’8 max. Brown hair which was scruffy, the man could have put in a bit of effort to clean himself up. His shirt untucked like he had slept in it, rolled out of bed and came to work. He noticed the way you looked at him, his head tilts slightly to meet your gaze

“Yea hi, eyes up here” his head tilts back up at the same time as yours “The names Robert Robertson-“ he notices your mouth open slightly. He interrupts you “Yes I know, funny name. Haha. Laugh it up. I heard it before”

Robert sits back down as he looks at you “I am sure blazer has informed you that I’m your dispatcher, so I don’t need to explain myself again. I give you jobs and your ranking goes up” He points to the board with the hero’s board “Currently you are at the bottom, which is expected as it is your first day”

He spins in his chair and puts his headset back on. He types away as he still has team to watch over “So get out there and yourself in the role of a hero. Don’t fuck it up. Cause I have to clean that mess and I quite honestly have enough on my plate that clay man could make me a new one to put more on.” You hear Golem laugh at his sarcasm

“So just try to not fuck it up okay? Oh and keep the line profesh. I don’t think you want a HR violation do you? Cause I don’t”
