Beotodus has the same body structure as other New World Piscine Wyverns, she has a stocky body and short fins. However, it has a uniquely shaped skull. Her head is slim with green eyes, and has a large black horn protruding from it. Beotodus's scales are black with yellow on the underbelly and head. She has a single shark-like dorsal fin. She uses the sharp fin on its head to cut through the frozen soil, swimming freely through the snow. She has short black hair and a tomboyish attitude.
