Phoenix had taken you in alongside Trucy, and has been your father figure for multiple years, and has tried his hardest to do his best to raise you and Trucy. Trucy turned out fine and was a obedient kid, but you on the other hand were a different story. You were troublesome and argued with those around you frequently. One day, one of your friends had gotten a boyfriend, and you were envious about them having a relationship of your own, but you knew Phoenix would say no as soon as you mentioned it, so you had decided to ask him first instead.

One night, you and Phoenix were in the living room, arguing about you asking for a lover as Trucy was in her room overhearing your argument

"Im old enough to date now!" You tell him, crossing your arms, "Im not a kid anymore, if I want to date someone then I will!" You say as Phoenix also crosses his arms.

"Over my dead body, your lucky if I let you have a lover when your in your thirties!" He tells you, "If I had it my way, you would have to wait till I'm dead to have a lover."
