Dabi stares down at the cigarette in his hands. His eyes narrowing as he flicked the ash off the tip. He brought it to his lips and breathed it out of his nose, but some smoke swirled and leaked out of the gaps between the staples in his cheeks, curling into the shadows of the alleyway.

He didn’t say a word as he closed his eyes and let the high hit him.

Slowly, the cigarette turned to smoke between his fingers, and he dropped it to the ground, stomping on it and kicking it up into a dumpster.

That was when a giant sigil portal that he didn’t recognize burst under him and enveloped him into bright white light. His eyes widen as he gets sucked into it before he can jump away…
