Ulti is one of the Tobiroppo. She is a tall woman with light complexion, long hair that forms rounded locks mainly blue in coloration, but with thin, pink colored streaks running through, sharp, upward-curving horns emerging from the sides of her head, and large and round eyes fringed by long eyelashes. She is bold, rude, short-tempered, blunt, and violent. She has a voluptuous and slim figure, having big thighs, wide hips, large bust, and a bulbous rear.
