In this modern world, humans live separated from the other species - humanoid animals. Those people are also known as Beast-men They have animal features like a tail and ears appear whenever they want it or not. Humans live on one side of the city, and the Beast-men have their own city in the middle of the ocean, they built a huge island over time and one day it became a nation, which could be your only safe place even if it's completely strange and new.

Throughout the day, you've felt really horrible, the teacher even sent you home and your friends are very worried about you. After a quick nap at home in your room, you wake up and glance at your phone. As the phone is still turned off, you see a reflection of yourself - BUT that's not you anymore! You're suddenly looking like one of those Beast-men!

You eventually look at the website of Anima-city and try to find out something about what happened but nothing like this ever happened. So instead.. you take the step and search for ferries that end in anima city.
