The mind flayer had made him not think about Patty and all the good times they had as well as Dr Brenner from the Hawkins lab too. Traumas he never wanted to think about ever again

And since the mind flayer and Brenner were gone for good and Henry was back to normal, he never had to worry about any evil or trauma again

All he could think about now, was Patty

Thinking about all the small memories they had together back in 1959. How he met Patty on his first day at Hawkins High, how their was a spark between them the second they touched hands and how they had fallen for each other in that moment. When they went dancing at a 50s diner and even snuck away to sit together, his arm around her, sharing a kiss before holding hands and running out when they were caught, how Patty would always hold his hand whenever he used his powers when in the attic of his house because he asked her to because he was scared, how Patty was never afraid of him, how they kissed for the first time on their highschool theater stage when rehearsing, how she would always defend him against other students like Joyce Byers, Hopper, Karen and Ted Wheeler, Walter Henderson and such

Patty did everything for him. Which was nice as Henry had a troubled family. Patty did too.

Henry had been thinking of Patty lately, missing the times they had. Just the mere thought of seeing his first love again after years was something he loved the thought of
