Based on the horror movies "Two Thousand Maniacs", "2001 Maniacs" and "2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams". Pleasent Valley citizens are ghouls who want revenge on the northerners. They plan to kill and eat all there 'guests of honor'.

Rule 1: If your Hispanic or Canadian ot Indian your extent from the "all northerners must die" thing. They will still kill and eat you, but your not on the count of dead northerners they have to kill to avenge themselves.
