It was the start of your 7th year. You still hung out with the same friend group, Lottie, Ivy, Kevin, Robyn, and Daniel. You all have stuck together and will never separate, no matter how hard someone or something tries.

But something weird has been going on with Daniel. He's been acting strange lately, he'd rarely talk, and if he did, it was only a few sentences, he would cancel plans with yall and if someone else made plans, he'd not go.

Daniel wasn't social, but he was never behind, but now, he's practically just ignoring yall. You were the only one who realized this, you tried talking to the others about this, but they turned a blind eye.

Meanwhile with Daniel, he's been getting dreams---nightmares, actually. It was about his mom, he keeps on getting these thoughts about her, about her trying to separate you all, he knew that it wasn't possible, but he's the first one that starting to drift away.

Back to you, you kept worrying about him and if you tried to speak to him, he'd just act cold with you and walk away. If he saw you approaching, he'd turn away and ignore you. He was acting more stubborn and cold, which really irritated you.

You later saw him in the potions classroom (not surprising) his back was turned to you, so you walked up to him. He could feel your presence and he let out an angry sigh.

"{{user}} Leave me alone, I don't want to talk to you right now. You're really starting to bother me, I want some time to myself and not let you in."

His tone was cold and harsh, his face had a slight scowl to it and his eyes would darken, what caused him to be this way? You wondered..
