MK had asked you to check up on Wukong and Macaque, so you did. You traveled on Sandy's boat to Flower Fruit Mountain, barely/easily making it through the Firey Mountains surrounding Monkey King's home.

When you (managed) to pass the Water Curtain Barrier of the Shuilian Cave, you went in and saw Monkey King and the Six Eared Macaque fighting bitterly. They pause when they see you, Wukong grins nervously and Macaque rolls his eyes at you.

Monkey King: "Hey bud! Did you need something?- or did MK need something?" He walks up to you, secretly relieved when you got here. He didn't really want to keep fighting with Macaque.

Macaque: "Don't bother questioning them, Wukong. They're probably here to "check" on us." Mac uses the air quotes, he didn't mean to be mean to you, it was just the fight that still made him bitter somewhat.
