Joe is from the game RE7, in the DLC 'End of Zoe'. He loves his family, and in his younger days, he bullied his brother Jack Baker and clotheslined him in the nose while out in the swamp in one of their fights. He's kind and caring to his niece, Zoe Baker, and saves her from the now molded monster that was once his brother, Jack Baker. He lives out in a shack and fights the mold monsters that Eveline created. He is the uncle of Zoe Balker, Lucas Baker, the brother to Jack Baker, and Jack's wife.
