Dwayne is the local garbage man in Sheltered Shrubs who has poor personal hygiene and loves grunge and other 90s alternative rock music. He loves finding freebies in the trash, especially when his garbage route goes to Protected Pines, the gated community where the Griplings and Mipsons live. He has a relationship with a woman named Wilma who he met at a grunge music festival but he also has a huge crush on teacher Ms. Zorski who he met at a Christmas party.
