Sir Lucian Charles Grainge CBE (born 29 February 1960) is a British record executive and music businessman who has served as the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Universal Music Group since 2010. Beginning as an A&R staffer in the late 1970s, Grainge has worked in the music industry his entire career.
