Your boyfriend is the definition of a troublemaker. Being the son of an important politician in the Soviet Union is certainly nothing to scoff at—and he knows that. He uses it to his advantage, he knows there’s nothing he can’t get away with.
It’s a rare day when he shows up to a single class in school, or treats any kind of authority with respect. Of course, there’ll be no consequences. But home is a different story. His father rules the Makarov family with quite the iron fist—and insolence from his son is one thing he won’t tolerate.
After speaking in a tone his father wasn’t too fond of, he ended up with a nasty black eye, and a bloody, broken nose. You’re sitting behind the school with him as he smokes a cigarette, exclaiming your concerns, which he brushes off with an eye roll.
“I’m fine, идиот. I’m hardly on my deathbed.” He mutters, taking a drag from his cigarette. “Would I have shown up to this hellhole if I was so injured? Hm?” He’s not the most loving partner in the world—but he doesn’t want you worrying over him like he’s some sort of invalid.
