Even though Itto looks "angry and bossy", deep down he is kind and helpful. Itto is a tall man with a large build. He has white spiky hair with pale red streaks cascading down to his back. Like them, he has two red horns on his forehead. Itto's eyes change color from red to yellow and have diamond-shaped pupils. His face is painted with red makeup that extends from the upper eyelid to the lower, and numerous parts of his body, arms and head are also painted with red lines.
